Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 7 days of service commencement are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 7 days but within 30 days of service commencement are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made after 30 days of service commencement are not eligible for a refund.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. If you wish to cancel your service, please contact our support team at support@business-box.com. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- *It will take 5-7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the first 30 days of service commencement. No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Any bank charges, processing fees, or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.
